Where an order contains multiple items, the shipping method and fee will be calculated based on the highest value item within the order.

Delivery dates are estimated and SureFlap cannot be held responsible for late delivery due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. See our Terms & Conditions for further information.

Items delivered by Fedex Ground must be signed for on delivery.

Please note that SureFlap cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Retail Orders

Retail orders placed directly with SureFlap are eligible for free shipping via Fedex Ground.

International Orders

Unfortunately SureFlap is unable to deliver consumer orders to U.S. territories or outside the USA at this time.
